From MaXentric’s product line of Envelope Tracking devices hails the new MaXEA 3.0™. Designed to handle the latest in RF power amplifier technologies, MaXEA™ provides an effective solution for implementing wideband high efficiency in wireless communication.

MaXEA™ serves as a high-voltage, integrated envelope modulator for envelope-tracking RFPA usage. It sustains advanced modulation standards which include high peak-to-average power ratios, wide modulation bandwidths, and strict linearity requirements.

MaXEA™ is one of many devices offered in MaXentric’s GreenAmp™-Lite Envelope Tracking family built to support any modern wireless communication infrastructure.

Technical Overview

The MaXEA™ comes in a compact, QFN frame that ensures efficient heat dissipation and shelters the silicon-based die and hardware. It can withstand up to 20MHz in modulation bandwidth and ensures RF PA power efficiency up to more than 70%.

MaXentric provides two versions of the MaXEA™: the MaXEA1™ and MaXEA2™. The modulation bandwidth on the MaXEA1™ reaches 10MHz while the MaXEA2™ performs between 20-40MHz.
