VitalWave
VitalWave is MaXentric’s non-contact, radar-based vital signs detection technology. VitalWave uses custom-designed software to read data collected using an integrated camera, IR camera, and radar. VitalWave performs as well or better than medical grade devices and accurately captures Pulse Rate, Respiratory Rate, Temperature, and SpO2.
As a replacement for contact-based vital sign detection hardware, VitalWave was created through research focused on contactless sensors for battlefield medical applications. Building on MaXentric’s radar expertise, VitalWave uses radar and a series of detection algorithms to provide a low power and reliable vital sign detection technology.
