  • Participate in product development, engineering testing, and research activities throughout the design lifecycle.

  • Manage assigned projects and tasks effectively, meeting schedules and deliverables with minimal supervision.

  • Contribute across multiple phases of the engineering and manufacturing lifecycle, from concept development through prototype fabrication and testing.

  • Support the operation, maintenance, and safe use of in-house fabrication and prototyping equipment.

Education and Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

  • Experience with thermal analysis and Finite Element Method (FEM) simulation for evaluating mechanical and electro-mechanical designs, including thermal performance, structural behavior, and design optimization.

  • Familiarity with bill of materials (BOM) development and assembly work instructions.

  • Hands-on experience with mechanical prototyping, fabrication, and iterative design.

  • Experience using in-house prototyping tools such as FDM/SLA 3D printers, laser cutters, and CNC machines.

  • Experience designing, assembling, and troubleshooting mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.

  • Experience in production, fabrication, or manufacturing environments.
